Shipping times vary greatly from supplier to supplier. Some items are stocked and ready to ship within 1-2 business days. Other suppliers stock items but they take a bit longer to pack & ship (typically within 1 week). And other suppliers build products to order & take several weeks to build & ship. We try to keep our product pages up-to-date so you have a general idea of timeframes before ordering but this is an evolving process with some suppliers and inaccuracies are possible. We try our best to keep customers apprised of any situation.

To ensure a seamless delivery process, it is crucial to prepare the delivery site beforehand. By taking a few simple steps, you can ensure a hassle-free experience when your shed arrives.
Firstly, clear the desired location of any debris or obstructions that could hinder the shed’s placement. Removing rocks, branches, or any other items will provide a smooth surface for the shed to be placed upon.
Additionally, consider mowing the area to prevent the unit from settling on tall grass, ensuring a level and stable foundation. As your new shed will be delivered fully assembled, it is important to ensure clear access to the site.
This will help the delivery personnel swiftly and safely deliver your shed to its designated spot. By clearing pathways and removing any potential obstacles, you can help to ensure a pleasant delivery experience.
We will email you a receipt when you order & will email you again if there are any shipping delays. Further emails will come when your item has shipped & tracking information is available. We reserve the right to use any carrier.
Freight Delivery Information
Upon delivery, you must be present for delivery to unload and inspect the packages for damage or missing parts. Please do not sign for the delivery prior to opening and inspecting the contents of the packages. This includes making sure all items listed on the delivery receipt are present, and also that any packaging and items that are damaged, have been noted on the receipt.
If condition and quantity of your freight is acceptable, the driver will ask you to sign the delivery receipt. The driver will give you a copy, and take the original signed copy as proof of delivery. A signed delivery receipt without exceptions noted on the delivery receipt is called a clear delivery. Clear delivery means that there were no shortages and no visible damage at the time of delivery and the transaction is complete. Signing the delivery receipt without noting any damages waives your right to any replacements or refunds due to shipping damage.
